1/6/09 Initial Call for Submissions:
The Program Committee encourages all NASSH members and others interested in sport history to think about research presentation possibilities for the NASSH 2010 convention. All submissions will be evaluated by the Program Committee according to their individual merit, contribution to the field, and potential contribution as components of the total program. The deadline for the submission of proposals is December 1, 2009. Please contact Tina Parratt, Program Chair, with any questions at catriona-parratt@uiowa.edu.
1/9/09 On-line Convention Registration:
Online Conference Registration will open on Tuesday, September 1, 2009.
1/12/09 Abstract Deadline:
Deadline for the submission of abstracts/proposals for NASSH 2010 is Tuesday, December 1, 2009.
15/1/10 NASSH Book Awards:
Deadline for the submission of books to the members of the Book Award Committee is Friday, January 15, 2010.
15/1/10 NASSH Graduate Essay Prize:
Deadline for the submission of four copies (or one E-mail attachment) of a 3,000-6,000 word sport history essay, not counting footnotes, to Prof. Maureen Smith is Friday, January 15, 2010.
31/3/10 Registration Deadline:
Deadline for regular rate registration fee is Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
28/4/10 Accommodation Cut-Off Date:
Deadline for accommodation reservations at the NASSH 2010 convention rate is Wednesday, April 28, 2010.
