Air Travel

All convention delegates arriving at the Orlando International Airport (MCO) and residing at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will be able to take advantage of complimentary airport shuttle service, luggage delivery and airline check-in. Disney’s Magical Express Service allows delegates to check their luggage at their hometown airport and have it taken directly from the Orlando International Airport to Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at no additional cost.


Orlando International Airport


The Orlando International Airport (MCO) has more than 880 flights bring more than 86,000 passengers through the award-winning MCO every day. Scheduled non-stop service to more major U.S. destinations than most other airports and more than any other airport in Florida. A host of shopping, dining and entertainment options are also available: 44 shops and services, 20 restaurants, six bars, a microbrewery and a hotel, all inside one terminal.

Disney's Magical Express:

Disney's Magical Express


All conference delegates residing at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and arriving at the airport will be able to take advantage of the NASSH 2010 complimentary airport shuttle service, luggage delivery and airline check-in. Disney’s Magical Express service allows delegates to check their luggage at their hometown airport and have it taken directly from the Orlando International Airport to your room at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.

  • Upon landing at Orlando International Airport, NASSH 2010 delegates will skip baggage claim and proceed to the Disney Welcome Centre in the Main Terminal Building of the airport on the B Side on Level 1. Disney will collect your luggage and deliver it directly to your room at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort.
  • Sit back, relax and enjoy the ride as Disney transports you to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in an air-conditioned motor coach.
  • As the convention draws to a close, you'll be notified of the pick-up place and time for your motor coach ride back to the Orlando International Airport. At check out, you may also be eligible to check your luggage and receive your boarding pass at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort with Disney's Resort Airline Check-In Service.
  • Delegates traveling on participating domestic flights with American Airlines, Continental, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, Northwest Airlines, Alaska Airlines, or United/Ted can receive their return airline boarding passes and check luggage at the convention hotel. Bypassing airport check-in is just another benefit of Disney's Magical Express and NASSH 2010.

From Interstate 95
  • From I-95, take I-4 West to Exit 65 (Osceola Pkwy West)
  • Follow the signs to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center
From Interstate 4
  • Exit I-4 at Exit 65 (Osceola Pkwy West)
  • Follow the signs to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center
From Orlando International Airport
  • Take the airport's south exit, follow the red directional signs to State Road 417 (The Greenway) South. Note: This is a toll road.
  • Take State Road 417 to Osceola Pkwy (Exit 3)
  • Turn right
  • Go straight and follow the signs to Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Convention Center

Rail:

If delegates are travelling by rail, Amtrak serves Orlando with twice-daily trains originating in New York, Miami and Tampa, with stops in Downtown Orlando, Winter Park, Sanford and Kissimmee. There’s also tri-weekly train service from Los Angeles.

Walt Disney World® Resort Transportation System

Transportation to and from Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is complimentary for all NASSH 2010 delegates.

Resort Transportation System

While staying at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, there's no need to rent a car, or deal with the hassle of driving and parking. Save time and the hassle of driving and parking with complimentary transportation. Destinations throughout Walt Disney World® Resort, including Disney Theme Parks and Disney Water Parks, are accessable by bus.

Complimentary transportation is available one hour prior to Disney Theme Park opening time up to 3 hours after Disney Theme Park closing time. Additionally, buses operate until 3:00 a.m. from the Downtown Disney® Area. Certain areas of Walt Disney World® Resort are also connected by well-lit, paved, low-grade walking paths.
